This must be too high!

I found the boys out front having a climbing contest.

It's a timed contest to reach a certain 'marked' branch.

When I asked about safety concerns, I was informed that they use a 3 point rule.

(3 points have to be touching at all times: 2 hands and a foot; or 2 feet and a hand.)

When I asked why they weren't spotting the climber:

"That would just kill the spotter and the climber if he fell!  That would be insane!"

Um... speaking of insane...
